This Ian the second time I've ordered this product and it wasn't as stated. The listing states a 'white core bevel cut mat' but instead the core is brown. Does NOT look clean/professional at all.

Been ordering all my Photo Mats from Golden State Art for years now (8x10 - 11x14 - 16x20) all black until I saw some White 11x14 mats with photos at an Automotive Museum and thought I'd order some. Same quality, well packaged and as with the black Photo Mats I've never had a Dud, not one. The piece of mind I get ordering Golden State Art products is worth the extra price, and oddly enough if you do the research you'll find you're not . . . paying extra! I Hope this is of some help, as that's what reviews are for and why I take the time to do them. Cheers

Purchased several 25 packs and they were awesome! The 50 pack though was disappointing and made my matting take twice as long because I was busy dusting off paper shavings from my pics and my work space, putting extra tape on certain ones because they were warped (so using up more supplies and then the bags were dusty and had more static.... a huge let down after being so happy with all my other orders...serious bummer.

Buy from Golden State Art. Period. I have for 3 years, many times, and have not been disappointed at all. Quality products and fair prices. You get what they advertise and they pack their items with care. The free Prime shipping adds a substantial bonus especially since it's shipped to Maui. I have just started to really use these, they are lovely and make my paintings finish up nicely. I only gave 4 stars as so far I have found 2 out of the package that I can’t use for my fished product secondary to knicks on the finished side of the fron mat. I am hoping not to find anymore. I don’t see where I can notify the seller so I will put them aside for now and hope for the best. I will be purchasing more. The mats and clear pocket for them are really nice.

I tried to cut costs on these, and they aren't as nice as some of the others I've bought on amazon. They were securely packaged, but some of theme already had creases bent into the mat. How could that even happen? I'm sure they'll display just fine, but that's all. I'm switching back to the other vendor.

Overall this product is OK. Great price and fast shipping was nice, but after ordering a couple orders of these I've noticed some inconsistency in the cuts in the mat boards. I'll probably continue to purchase these for my artwork, but I hope that they can work on quality control.

Great item at a great price. All mats were clean and undamaged due to the superb packaging. The bevels are clean cut and everything was square. Unless I need a specialty cut mat this is the way to go. Having the bundle with backer and sleeve included is a great time saver and makes matting quick and easy. I especially like that the sleeves come with the adhesive strip on the body of the sleeve and not the fold over tab - no chance of catching the mat when putting in or removing. In addition the shipping boxes are worth saving for storing the sleeved and matted items until they are framed.
