Kingston Digital 64GB microSDXC Class 10 UHS-I 45MB/s Read Card with SD Adapter (SDC10G2/64GB)
This has nothing to do with the product but the seller which is unfortunately the 8000lbs Amazon itself.

Kingston is my prefer brand, and I am willing to pay little bit extra for their product. Also I'm aware of the prevalence of counterfeit memory card on the internet (not just Amazon).

This time I need an 64G card for my wife new tablet. I have to specifically search for Kingston microSD card which is "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com", and I still am hit by a counterfeit.

Shame on you Amazon.

BTW there is a simple test for it. You do NOT have to download any software to do it. The software to test the SD card I see in some of the post in Amazon review maybe good and do what it suspose to do or maybe bad and might infect your pc.

It's very easy if you have a CD image file (ext .iso) around 500-600MB. Just copy the file(s) onto the sd card repeatedly, if it's a 1GB counterfeit, the second attemp will fail. Mine did.

If you don't have a big iso file, some picture or video file will do. Begin at the 3rd time, you need to press Ctrl-A to select all the files already copied onto the card (it's only two of them after two tries, 4 after 3rd, 8 after 4th, etc..), then press Ctrl-C to copy and Ctrl-V to paste. Keep doing this till Window complain that there is no more space on the card.

It's easy but it takes time. There is no shortcut to make it faster.

Great, fast and big - all in a teeny-tiny form factor that is perfect for the Raspberry Pi 3.

Picked this up to serve as the storage for my Rpi3 that I turned into the new guts of my RetroPi gaming system. With the included SD adapter, I had no issues plugging this little guy into the reader on my iMac and using a disk tool to burn in the new image.

The Kingston microSDHC card worked like a charm right out of the gate in my Pi, and the large 32GB capacity gives me the confidence that no matter what I throw on it while it serves its life as a game machine, it will have plenty of space.

I got this for my smartphone to replace the PNY SD Card I bought in 2011 that suddenly died. My PC has 4 Kingston RAM sticks older than that so I figured I'd go with Kingston. I recommend formatting it with the SD Card Formatter by SD Association, a program for Windows or Mac made specifically for memory cards, and not format using your PC's OS. After I formatted it with the SD Card Formatter I copied my music and other files to it, put the SD card in the smartphone, turned it on and it was recognized without a glitch, without the dreaded extSdCard needs to be formatted message that wipes out everything you copied to it.

Another good thing, when I ordered this, I didn't realize it would be shipped from Taiwan. I didn't pay attention to the seller really, I was just looking for a new retail product with the best price with high reviews. Kingston is selling this for $17. I paid $11.25 with free shipping. I live in Florida and I assumed the seller was in the US. After placed the order on 1/17/16 the usual Amazon confirmation dialog popped up and it said the estimated arrival date would be 3/2/16! I said WTF! What did I get myself into? Not only am I'm going to have to wait a couple of months to get a damn little SD Card but what about if it's bad and I have to return it, It's going to be a nightmare, I don't speak Chinese! Unbelievably, I got it in 17 days from the other side of the world. You can trust doing business with this seller, NMicro Technology.

I bought this for my phone. I was about to the end of my space with the 32GB internal storage and I wanted to have more space for pictures and music.

I tested this device by writing multiple large files to it, then reading them back to confirm that they were un-corrupted. This card behaves exactly as it should. I have about 117GB with formatting for a file system. I can fill it up and still read back the original files. Now I have the additional space in my phone to take pictures and videos without having to remove music or uninstall apps.

Make sure that your device is compatible with SDXC. If it is, this card should work.

This is my 4th mico SDHC card I ordered because I need them for so many things. My android box, my camera, my car cam... you name it. Love this card. It comes with the adaptor as well so you can use the mini card or put the mini card into the adaptor and use the large one. The price for a 32gb card also great. Hence the reason I have 4 of them so far. I have never had any problems with these cards at all. The computer reads them fine and if I put one into my other card reader it also works like a charm. The card is fast and reliable. What more can you ask for?

I purchased two of these micro sd cards by Kingston. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm TECH challenged but Kingston is a name that i recognize as being a good one & there was enough info in their product description for me to feel confident that I was buying the right product for my needs. I am Happy to report that I got exactly what was described & they work perfectly. You can buy with confidence from this company.
*I paid FULL PRICE for this item and I am under no obligation to leave a review, positive or negative*

it's a big waste of money i did order two cards I did put both in my tablet and my GoPro session camera . did overheat my camera then overheat my tablet, and just to make sure I put it in my phone overheated my phone too, don't ask me how it did it but it did.cards cannot be recognized by any of the electronics that I own. came back from vacation it was too late to return them. Im stuck with the crapy knockoff product.if there would be negative 5 Stars I will give negative 5 stars

I bought these for a Raspberry Pi project expecting then to be 32 gigs. I understand the whole "it's 32,000,000,000 bytes and not 32^9 bytes.". This card capacity is barely over 31,000,000,000 bytes and will not handle the noob image. Read and write speeds seemed slow for a class 10 card.. write was barely over 3 MB/second.. I didn't test read but the Pi is has notable slowness to it compared to the other one using a true class 10 card..

I use this card with my new Samsung Galaxy S7 and I have near constant problems with corruption, having to erase, re-erase and re-format it every week or so. I lost some app data. The camera keeps switching to using internal storage because the card is so glitchy. I bought this specifically to have apps, photos, music and other stuff on that I don't want taking up space on my phone and I am finding it unreliable and useless. If I am willing to risk the data getting lost, then I put it on the card. Otherwise, it has to be constant backups and loss of information.
Overall, I recommend spending few pounds more and getting a SanDisk card instead. Play safe.

Lost all my data all of a sudden. I've been using this on my phone for additional storage.
Now Windows sees this as a RAW file system with 251MB of space rather than 32GB/FAT32, asking me to format it before use.
Worked fine for over a year to be fair but it's not ideal.

Update:
Contacted Kingston who referred me to a Data Recovery company who quoted £300. This was too steep for me so I didn't go ahead with it.
Kingston provide a Lifetime Warranty with this card so they've sent me a replacement card free of charge which I've now received.

I put this card into my phone and it came up with a message to the effect that it was slow and I needed to use a different data card. I checked before purchase that is was a UHS 1 card but it turns out that it is not usable for extra storage on my phone. Going into my orders to return it as unsuitable for intended purpose there is a message saying that this product is not returnable (which I have never experienced on Amazon before).

It works well, I used it in an "action camera" (go pro style) and without problems. I bought it with an adapter for € 9.50, and for that price I think it's very good. The speeds just take it out of the envelope:
Writing speed: 14.8 MByte / s
Reading speed: 62.6 MByte / s
H2testw v1.4

They are not wonderful, but more than enough for my use, and for the price you can not ask for more. Actual capacity, 28.9 GB of storage. I guess the usual, count the GB as 1000 or 1024. In any case, and seeing the price, enough for normal cameras or devices that do not require a very fast recording speed.
This is an independent comment, based on my experience, nobody has given it to me or sponsored it, I have paid the card in full. If it helps you with something, support it by clicking on the It is useful button.

Having recently started using a Samsung Galaxy S7, without the restriction of fixed storage over the last nine years of iPhones, I found myself looking for a micro SD card to slot in. There are dozens to choose from across Amazon UK, but I was looking for a recognised brand name and a Class 10 rating - being the highest speed rating in that category (class 1 being the lowest).

The Kingston 64GB UHS micro SDXC card has offered reliable storage once formatted specifically by the Galaxy S7 phone it's going into. In terms of real life speed, it takes around 90 seconds to copy a 700mb file via USB to the card, but the card has not crashed once since it's been inserted unlike some less expensive chips.

If you are looking for a dependable 64gb card with mid-range speed, you won't go far wrong here.

This arrived a bit late from Hong Kong compared with the advertised delivery time, but the seller responded quickly to emails about the delay. The card itself works just as expected for a Kingston Class 10 32GB SD card, and consists of a micro card which can be fitted in the enclosed SD adapter. The card pushes into the back edge of the adapter and slides out of the adapter again without difficulty if required.
I have tested it by copying about 4GB of music on to it from my computer and then erasing it all again, and everything worked as expected. The actual free space with the card formatted to FAT is about 30.9GB, which is as expected for a 32GB card.
I would buy this Kingston card again, and it is by no means my first purchase of a 32GB Kingston SD card.

This card became corrupted ONLY 8 months after purchase!!!! Extremely disappointed. I am glad I had not lost any sentimental data. This tarnishes the reputation of Kingston brand. It seems clear to me now that it is much cheaper than Sandisk for a reason. You get what you pay for.
I will never buy Kingston products again. Think before you purchase Kingston. Do you really want to take this risk with your data?

More details: I purchased the card for use with my Amcrest IP security camera. It began showing signs of corruption from as early as 3 months when inserting it into my PC would produce a message saying there is something wrong with this card. and asking me to format it again. Although it continued to work inside my IP camera for a further 4 months aprox before I started receiving 'no disk' error messages. It could be that it is my camera corrupting it but honestly, the card should be more resilient regardless. I will post some images as evidence if anyone requests it.

A successful purchase of a 32GB card from Love Office Stuffs & delivered by Amazon led me to purchase two more from the same supplier. One was not recognised and the other gave up during writing to it (on two different computers and a mobile). Is that what's called a "bad batch"? With those odds will be giving Kingston a miss in the future. Have since purchased two SanDisks of the same capacity (supplied & delivered by Amazon) which are working trouble-free on the same hardware.

I bought this to use with an action camera. The camera crashed when using this, but I thought it was the camera, which I returned. After purchasing another action camera a similar thing happened. I thought it could be the disc, but this is a name brand so I thought it must be because I had purchased another budget camera. I returned that camera as well, but now I have tried to use this disc with my Mac and it still isn't working. It doesn't allow me to save or reformat the disc. Now I realise that although it's a name brand it just does not work. Unfortunately, I have been out of the country (the reason I wanted the action camera) and it is too late to return this thing. I'm out of pocket, but hopefully you won't be. Buy another brand!

Like most digital media device users there is always a need to add or expand the basic memory that comes with a device. This is where my purchase of this Kingston 32 GB UHS Class 1/Class10 microSDHC UHS-I Flash Memory Card (Included microSDHC to SD Adapter) comes in to play.

The card comes supplied in a retail card with a full sized SD adaptor to enable it to be used in devices that do not have a micro SD slot.

Most of my devices will accept up to 32GB with class 10 being the recommended class for greater speed, particularly when it comes to devices such as cameras.

This card has worked in the following devices with no problems at all

Vantrue Dash Cam Car Dashboard Camera - N1 Full HD 1080P +HDR 1.5 Inch LCD Small Car Dashboard DVR Video Recorder Camera with Parking Monitor, G-Sensor, Super Night Vision & Wide Viewing Angle
Stoga S300 1080P Dual Lenses Dash Cam 170° Wide Angle Super Night Vision Mode,Stealth Design Cars Video Camcorder
SanDisk SDMX18-008G-E46K Sansa Clip+ MP3 Player - 8 GB, Black
VicTsing Full HD Action Camera WIFI 2.0 Inch 1080P Sport Camera with Waterproof 170° Wide Angle Lens 12MP Action Camcorder with 2 Batteries and Accessories Kits For Bike Motorcycle Surfing Diving Swimming Skiing etc
Huawei P8 Champagne UK Sim-Free Smartphone

Below are results from the speed / transfer rate from using H2testw speed test software which can be found on the internet which no only confirms speeds will also tell you if your card is genuine. As mine was from Amazon direct I knew this wouldn't be an issue.

Test finished without errors.
You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
Writing speed: 14.8 MByte/s
Reading speed: 41.5 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4

So the compatibility of this particular in a variety of devices is perfect.

This is a excellent deal for a microsd card with such a large amount of storage.
I bought this card as I got scammed with a fake 64gb micro sd card on a site called geek (Some of the products on this site are legit but use caution if you are buying from there) and when I used the card it corrupted and almost wiped my phone, so i went to amazon and bought this one and i am very glad that i did as this is a very well made, high quality micro sd card.
It is a class 10 micro sd card so it has very fast transferring speeds and you won't have to wait long to transfer anything to this micro sd card, and that's why it works so well in a phone.
It has enough storage for anything really and it will take a very long time to fill this micro sd card if you are using this in a phone or camera, i currently use this micro sd card in my phone and i have lots of games, very high mega pixel photos (20.7 mega pixel to be exact), 1080p and 4k videos on this micro sd card and it's only about half full and i have been using it for about 4 months now.
This micro sd card is very durable as it is waterproof (this is true as i use mine in a sony xperia z3 and its been underwater), temperature proof, shock/vibration proof and x-ray proof so this micro sd card will do a very good job of protecting the files inside it.
*Positives*
Large storage size
Very durable
Fast transferring speeds
Works very well in a phone and/or camera
Very well built
Good manufacturer
Fab customer support and free technical support
*Negatives*
None
I would definitely recommend.

Kingston SDC10G2/16GB Flash Memory Card (MicroSDHC to SD Adapter Included) 16 GB UHS Class 1/Class10 MicroSDHC UHS-I
Sold by: Love Office Stuffs

A great class 10 memory card. I recommend buying a 16gb/32gb/64gb card for your needs. I'd say 32gb is the one you should aim for but I bought 16gb.
I took a risk when I bought this from another seller instead of Amazon itself as there are a lot of memory cards/usb stick that are fake. However, it came wrapped up in genuine Kingston packaging. So far so good. I contacted Kingston customer service to make sure it was genuine. They asked me to sent couple of pics :of the packaging, codes, etc. They confirmed that the card was genuine. So I was confident that I paid for what I ordered. Everything was genuine.

Then, I checked if the memory card is actually 16GB (it's actually 14.9GB- this is normal) using H2testw and the adapter it came with. 10mb Write speed and 64mb Read speed. So it 'does what it says on the tin'.

Overall, it's a good value card. Class 10 and a reputable brand. 100% recommend the product and the seller. Buy with confidence :)

I would really appreciate it if you marked this review as helpful or not so that I can improve my future reviews

I purchased this 32gb micro sd, as an add on storage for an Android phone.
The phone does recognise the card as 32gb, however I have not ran any test on it as many other buyers have. I have read many reviews about folks who believe that they purchased fakes. I Purchased mine from Amazon and don't believe its fake. I have downloaded many apps, and as yet have had no problems so far.
The card came presented in the usual Kingston looking packaging, and was very well protected. The micro sd was housed in the card adaptor, and was easy to remove and insert into the phone. The data transfer rates seem to be perfectly acceptable, and ive had no hanging or glitches that have been noticeable.
Based on my experience so far, I can highly recommend the Kingston 32gb memory card, when purchased from a reputable seller.
