The case definitely is not the one pictured. It’s the small silver one seen in other reviews (I’ll include pictures too). The case it just a common cheap one also sold on Amazon, usually in a 2 pack for very cheap. The cards look to be official Sony (and at about current cost) so I think I’ll keep these. Though getting a clear cheap substitute case is making me question the legitimacy of the cards a little...
The description is misleading. The SD cards do not come with a vivitar case. I got a different case. I saw another buyer had the same issue. Not cool.
I purchased these cards to use in a Nikon D850 and have not been disappointed. The cards have a professional look and feel as well as working great. The Memory Card Holder was just a great bonus to receive with the cards. I plan to use this for memory for the D850 since I have other Nikons that can use slower memory cards. The supplier delivered the cards on time as advertised. I will purchase additional cards from this same supplier.
SD Cards will hopefully be fine, but the reason I bought this was for the VIVITAR 24-SLOT SD CARD HOLDER. Not a knock off 'vidpro 8-slot SD card holder'.
These are decently fast cards that do not break the bank for the size. I will use in a Sony RX10 IV for both video and still pictures. My only knock on this product would be that the case is a little heavy.
One of the reasons for this purchase was that there was a quality brand case (Vivitar) that came along with the SD cards. Focus Camera sent a cheaper case. Not worth the additional cost.
I bought these cards for a Nikon camera. The cards formatted to the capacity specified and have worked fine so far. The memory card case was not important to my purchase, but is well constructed and has earned space in my camera bag and I am choosy about what I pack.
Fast. Reliable. I use them in the card 1 slot where the camera can write at UHS-II speed.
