Additional Information

Works as advertised. Verified capacity with h2testw.exe. Benchmarked performance with CrystalDiskMark 5.0.3 x64. Excellent sequential read. Good sequential writes. Mediocre random read and write. This makes it ideal for media storage. I have recorded 4K video at nearly 90Mbps that wrote successfully to the card.

Exactly what it says it is, and best value. After ordering a MicroSD card from fraudulent Amazon Sponsored Link company, I did a check on the company (UDW) and found they were knowingly selling fake cards. Doing FAKEFLASHTEST on the 256Gb card showed it actually had 6Gb of available storage, and the 64Gb card could only hold 2.8Gb. I disputed the credit card charge on those, and ordered this Patriot memory card. I have always had good experience with Patriot, owning two Patriot USB flash drives for several years now with no issues.
This card is only half of what I really wanted, but didn't want to pay more than $40. At least I now have dependable storage, and not something that will corrupt my photos and files some time in the future when the storage limit is exceeded.
BTW - I ran the flash test on this card, and everything ran perfectly showing a full 128Gb available storage.

I normally don't do any review, but I had to this time. It has been working great for the past 3 or 4 months, but recently, it's doing really, really bad. The devices that it's connected would randomly loose connection. Like, if I was to put 2 gbs worth of files into this, it would transfer for like 15 seconds and then the rate will hit zero and give me an error. I would have to then disconnect it and connect it again in order to attempt to transfer again. Do this like 14 times until all 2 gbs is fully transferred. NOTE: I've been using the original adapter and this other adapter that I have. So it's not bad adapter because I have a 32GB and that works fine with either of the adapters.

When I do this, I always have to pick "replace file" or the files would be corrupted. Sometimes, my device won't even read this no matter how many times I unplug and re-plug this back. Scan and Repair helps, but only up to a full minute of transferring files. As of right now, I can't return this because of the 30 day limit. It's still functional in a way, but I have to get something sooner or later. This sucks when you want to access something, and the device indicates it's not connected. I've formatted this like 6 times so far. I don't think it's going to help anymore. I recommend buying SanDisk instead. It has not failed me yet.

I don't like writing bad reviews but here it goes.
I didn't use the micro sd chip until 2 months after I ordered it. When I tried recording from my (Bresser) camera it said the sd chip was full. When I put the chip in the card adapter then my (Mac) computer nothing came up. I'm currently reading the Patriot warranty to see if I can get a refund.
Good luck!

Ran this in 3 systems (PC, Laptop, Android tablet) and the best write speeds for file transfer was between 10 and 15MB/s. My Samsung 128GBs and 64GBs run at 50+ all the time. I have no idea what's wrong with this card, but at the moment I'm filling it with "fluff" to make sure that it is actually a 128GB card (now averaging between 5and 12MB/s) . I have Patriot memory in a few different PC's and a few of their USB Mem sticks, and those have been awesome. Maybe I should have paid heed to some of the reviews. I got a bad one? Man, this thing is horrible. An hour plus to move 45GBs?

Just went back and tried it in my Sony camera. Not bad until you try 1080P video mode. Stutter city on playback. Keeps disappearing on my laptop, etc. OK, this is probably just a whacked card. Haven't had this kind of issue since my last Sandisk 64GB (Had 2 of those go bad over a month). Maybe it's hit and miss on quality. Raised rating to a 2 star because the card is probably just toast. Ordered another Samsung 128GB instead. I have14 Samsung microsd cards collected over 4 years so far with ZERO issues.

I bought one of these for my Galaxy Tab S tablet. I like the added space but transferring large files like movies and videos can be a real pain. It's extremely slow. I have a 64gb Samsung Evo U1 card and it does the transfers in a fraction of the time. if you don't care about transfer speed and are just interested in storage of pictures videos you take with your device, then it's a great buy. Otherwise stay clear of this and go for a different brand.

Purchased 3 of these since Patriot makes decent RAM products... I was disappointed with these.

One) was for my new laptop, started losing data randomly with linux and windows. Performed a CHKDSK clean-up multiple times, but kept corrupting and losing data : (
Two) was for a Sansa Clip + MP3 Player, Loaded it up almost full, plays songs fine, but they are starting to skip.
Three) was for pdf backup, loaded up 90GB of files and some are failing to open.

Purchased these for $40 each, hoping for a solid product even though you tend to get what you pay for...
Sandisk from a box store is the only trusted flash for me now.

I ordered 3 of the 128GB micro SD cards and all three of them arrived in perfect working condition in a factory sealed package. We alternate using these between the GoPro and our Samsung phones for extra storage. A standard GoPro batter lasts about 2.5hr and surprisingly we've had to switch our batteries more than than switch out our SD cards on our trips! This SD card allows for fast and smooth continuous shooting with multiple frames per second and full HD Video capture. We've taken it snowboarding and SCUBA diving. While we haven't exactly dropped it in the water, it definitely has been exposed to salt water and fresh snow alike and we haven't had any water damage. It seems to be pretty shock/vibration resistant as well.

We have been actively using these for about 8months now and all 3 cards are still performing nicely without any problems. I would definitely purchase this brand of SD card again in the future.

The seemed like a good deal as they were around $45 for 128GB of storage. I have an upcoming trip so I decided to grab a couple of these for my camera and GoPro...

After testing it for a few days, this was not a great card. I had it fail on me multiple times when using the GoPro, and I had to reformat it to keep using it. I haven't had this issue with the AData card or the Sandisk card I have with the GoPro, which leads me to believe this card is not only faulty, it's poor performance as it can't handle the speeds required for a GoPro.

This may be good for storage if you just want to use it like a USB, but I still wouldn't trust it because every few times of using it, it required a reformat.

I bought this with a new phone on April the 5th, in a few days i had an error with the card thinking it was a freak error due to dowloading alot of books with the audible the version, i formatted the card and only dowloaded as i needed. On May the 11th it failed again completely so I decided to send it back for a replacment, amazon wont let me because its over 30 days.

Its adequate for the job, i use it for extra space on the LG G4 for storing movies and music, i have quite a few apps on it too, there are no problems so far and ive had it for around 6 weeks. The only drawback is the speed, i doubt you get anything like the transfer speed they say, I was using the sd card for photos for a couple of weeks but changed the storage back to internal memory, as the sd card was really slow in copying photos, especially if like me you like to take burst shots, this sd card just did not handle that at all, in fact it crashed my phone. But overall for under £30 its a steal.

Doesn’t seem to actually be the advertised capacity. Nintendo Switch says it is 128gb but then the card behaves as full when it’s for around 32gb on it causing me lots of issues with the Switch. Wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be a fake! Avoid.

None of my devices recognised the sd card. Had to return for refund

I bought this to give my phone more memory. I transfered all my pictures onto it. 2 weeks later it just stopped working and won't register on my phone at all. I'm hoping I haven't lost all my pictures, just plucking up the courage to check.

Bought 2 of these; both have now failed after 3 weeks. Can't format/use in any device now. Waste of money

DO NOT BUY Used in Nintendo Switch. Corrupted all downloaded files on there after a couple of months. Formatted and re-installed twice now and corrupted again within a week.

DO NOT BUY this - corrupted sectors lead to phone problems and data loss. Spend a little more and get a reputable card.

I was half expecting this to fail after a short period but several months on the card is going strong. In use in my SGS7Edge with no issues.

so so so very very bad - totally useless and lasted 2 days before death. this is a waste of cash just don't buy it

It worked perfectly and the download speed from my wife's phone was amazing

Says 128gb but when formatted it only was only 118gb, I know it does seem much but it is still 10gb less than advertised.

Works great well done
