When the original shipment of batteries didn't work, I wrote a pretty scathing review. Two days later, I got a call from Eli at Big Mike's Electronics offering to make good on the order - replace the defective batteries with new ones. When they arrived, he phoned again to make sure they worked and that I was satisfied with them! They DID work, and I am more than happy - with both the batteries and the quality of the customer service I received. Its rare in this digital age to have actual human interaction with a dealer. This order made my day!

Bought the two pack with charger for my HC-VX1 as I never really liked having to find the specific cord and charging the battery in camera. These two batteries have similar capacity for run time as the stock batteries and fit well. I used them to swap on location to film a local baseball game and was able to record the entire game (3 hours) with two. Would purchase again if I ever need more batteries, but I hope 3 will get me by. Charger also works great to charge the new and OEM batteries.

These worked great in my 4K panasonic camcorder. I took it all over Europe and was very thankful to have these backup batteries. The included charger is also much better than the option that came with the camera. It was faster and easier to see that the batteries were fully charged due to the color changing LED. I have not used the car charger, but appreciate that option if you are out in a remote area for quite some time.

I forgot to review the batteries and charger and have been using them for several years now. they are both great. batteries have same charge life as cannon battery. Charger is faster than the original so I use it all the time.

used for a month now and no issues. No guarantee the batteries last or hold charges 12 months from now, but out of the box its good.

Good battery life. Good chargers. No complaints after a year of use.

Exact camera the battery was to be used with was not listed in the title for the replacement, although I did determine it was a valid compatible replacement. Have not used it more than a couple of weeks, but have not found any problems so far.

Works as expected in my Canon v550. These batteries last as long as the original OEM. I also like having the wall charger which works fine on the OEM battery. Much easier to deal with than plugging the whole camera in.
