Cheap product. Worked great initially but the microphone has stopped working after 2 months. Now I have to go find a new headset.

Update: Well I have to say that their customer service is great. Once they were aware of the issue they immediately shipped me out a new headset. I updated my review to 4 stars because of it. If the new headset lasts then I'll update to 5 stars and if it doesn't then I'll downgrade accordingly.

I put these headphones on to test immediately after another pair of headphones I have (while listening to the same audio track). If you are an audio person it’s like the mids are really elevated and the lows and the highs don’t come through. Therefore it makes it harder to hear and understand dialogue (specifically) for someone who is already hard of hearing. This is ironic especially because this particular headset is made for hearing voice. However… The sound that comes through the mic (Ie: what my CLIENTS hear) is incredible! I have done a YouTube live with this headset and the quality is better than any live broadcast I have done. So I guess the only reason I am keeping them is so that my clients are happy, although I find the sound quality on my end to be very dull. I hope this helps!

I purchased these for my husband to use with his cell phone and he really loves them. The ear pieces are nicely padded and very comfortable, the noise cancelling microphone works like a charm, and the sound is very clear. With the included adapter, he is able to use them with our land line's cordless phones also.

I bought this cell phone headset off from Callez Facebook official page. It came and worked great for a few weeks. My mom loves this 3.5mm headset because they work well and they are cheap. She prefers a very lightweight headset and these certainly meet her criteria.
This is exactly what I needed for my new home office, it was easy to set, they are comfortable, sound and volume were excellent and they are not too heavy or too flimsy. They were very inexpensive. This headset is very durable and I love the on&off button on the headset. My sister actually uses them with her PS4 as well. Great buy!

Very comfortable up to about 6 hours of usage, then your ears start to hurt. The adjustable volume on the cord is a nice feature, along with the pick-up/hang-up button. I didn't realize how much I would like the adjustable boom arm for the mic. Being able to swing it up and over so you can switch to wearing the mic on the right or the left is expected. But also being able to bend it closer or farther from your mouth is a great feature. Finally, I compared this audio and microphone to other headsets on calls. The audio is comparable to more expensive headsets, and the microphone was clearer.

[UPDATE] - Long story shortened: it was my Apple-brand Lightening adapter that had gone bad and was preventing wired headsets from working for me. Replaced THAT and now the Callez headset works fine, so I have updated my review accordingly.

Is there some magic secret trick to getting a 3rd party WIRED headset to work for CALLS on an iPhone 11 Pro? None of the ones I have purchased from Amazon work for CALLING. They work fine for music.

The sound is very good and microphone seems to work well. I use it to attend meetings over the phone and now I'm hearing everything and not having to juggle my phone to take notes. Very pleased.
