Have had it for almost two months and it stopped working. I am dissapointed, I had my reservations as with most made in Chins products, as it is common for some of these products to have serious quality issues. Decided to give it a shot and here I am without music and it will most likely cost me more than if I had bought some slightly better quality/higher cost product. It would be a good idea for Amazon to filter vendor so that the products meet s minimum standard of reliability..
I am using the NS-10G to power two Polk Audio Atrium 8 SDI outdoor speakers. This 100 Watt amp easily connected to my iPhone. The amp provides plenty of power to my outdoor speakers and the sound quality is great. Nobsound included all of the cables that you would need to connect to your sound source. I used the gold plated speaker terminals to hook up my speakers. I noticed that the terminals have large holes, and that is good to know if you are using heavy duty speaker wire for your connections. I am very happy that I purchased this Nobsound amp, it is everything I expected it to be.
This really worked. I use it for speakers for my iPhone and iPad music. It also works when I listen to the news from my computer. Its not 'studio' sound, but no complaints. Worth it for the price and avoids speaker wires across the room.
I like this jawn. I have been using it often. It is simple. The only annoying thing is every time you switch from aux to bluetooth it says in a really loud Britishish voice "BLUETOOTH MOAT" and it makes me think of moats, but it would still be annoying if it were the correct word.
The item arrived with a defective power adapter , I had ordered 2 mini amps a gold and a red , when I use the power supply from the red mini amp , the gold one works fine but still that's bad quality control and unacceptable, to ship a product with a dead power supply, please be more vigilant
2 stars, only, because I'm listening to the soothing sounds of my music -- albeit through an astounding muddiness, due to the meager capacities of this piece of crud... I'm breathing deeply. I'm listening to Jill Scott. Trying to be fair.
It is small and lightweight
It is bluetooth
It has free wire speaker connections (which kind of suggests it will really be effective with a pair of classic speakers, but not so much).
Comes with no instructions; not amazingly difficult to figure out, but they could at least have an online troubleshooting guide. (Maybe I overlooked it, and someone can link me to it?)
Anytime I touch it while it is playing, I get lots static. I think it is the size and weight of the unit. If a strong wind blows the cables -- static. If it is completely still and stable, it plays *just* fine.
Acoustic clarity, who dis? In lieu of equalizer, there is a bass button. *sigh* I love rhythmic distortion as much as the next gal, but great music has a wide range of sounds, most of which are very hard to distinguish -- even on epically amazing speakers. Bells don't tinkle, brass doesn't shine, falsettos and sopranos are reduced to the back up voices for the basses and altos. (Yes, I read the other reviews, and I thought my speakers could compensate for the shortcomings of the receiver. Wrong. The factory speakers on my computer have better clarity.)
Ultimately, this product does not support a serious set of speakers. I'm not sure who it is for because what else are you going to free wire into a receiver except a serious set of speakers?? Dunno.
I WOULD recommend this product to someone who is building their sound system, and just needs something to hold them over until they can afford something WAY better.
Product performs GREAT! Puts out fabulous sound. Easy to activate and install.
