“I got this cable to connect a LAN cable to my mac to do some work on a raspberry pi, which I couldn't connect wirelessly with until I had used the LAN cable for a class. I got this connector and it didn't work at all once I got it. I would check to see if there were a signal and no signal could be found from anything being plugged into the USB-C ports. I ended up buying the USB-C to LAN connector that Apple offers on their website and it worked right away. It could have been an issue on my end for having to connect this connector into a USB to USB-C connector and there were too many joints to my connection, but if you have a mac I recommend sticking to the products on Apples website.” FOLLOW UP: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After I posted this review I was quickly contacted by a lention consultant via email through Amazon and they expressed their apologies regarding the cable not working. They also immediately issued me a full refund without even asking if they could replace it, if I wanted a refund or if I was angry. The customer service I received during this transaction was not only the best I have received on Amazon but also the best I have received online, period. I would highly advise purchasing their product and hopefully it works! But if it doesn’t I can also swear by their outstanding customer service, which should alleviate the problem right then and there. Thanks lention!

No issues. I've been using it on a Dante audio network and it's been flawless.

I bought this for my new android tv box and it did not work. I did not see that it did not work with android tv on the product page so maybe if that was enlarged on the product page I could have saved myself some time returning it. For fun I tested the adapter on my other devices including a wii u and switch and it worked very fast. I would recomend to anyone but someone with an android device because the build quality is very nice and the speed is respectable

It was a bit of a process to download the software and get it working on the MacBook. An iOS issue was blocking it and stalled installation. It was not anything to do with the Lention software. Once I cleared the block on my MacBook, it was smooth sailing. This adapter works great and no issues so far! I recommend it!

There's a severe internet speed hit using it, but does what I need which is let me connect my Surface Book 3 to the router

I was trying to use this to hook my ethernet to my usb-c port on my macbook. It did not work.

The product just stopped working, every time I connect the devices I get an error saying the device malfunctioned and I cannot get it to work again.
