Does not work, placed the batteries in with not play music

I just received this swing and assembled it which was pretty simple. I would give it a 5 star rating but the one downfall is that the motor that makes it swing is quite noisy. Other than the noise, I love the compact on the go size, the quality seems durable, and there are plenty of speed and music options. I was a bit worried about the seat being too low to the ground but I think it is just right. I was also wondering how long my baby would be able to use it, but I think he has plenty of room to grow into it. (Not too shallow)

Bought it as a gift for my niece and my cousin hasn't stop using it. He has send me several videos of her on it and she's just snoozing away. According to him, she loves it!!!!

The swing turns on and plays music. It will swing for 10 seconds then stop swinging. I have put it back together changed the batteries but it will not swing. Not happy

It's good for short term, few additions would be good such as:
Hanging Toys for babies motor and visual grooming
The seat is comfortable, but an attached head support for newborn to keep the neck and head stable would have been great

It's nice and low to the ground. I have two older children so finding a safe swing was a must. It doesn't take up much room which is an added bonus. Also it is quiet.
