Great product. The metal is much better than other wall mounts that use flimsy and weak metal. This is made out of thick and durable metal and I never feared that it wouldn't be strong enough. I am supporting an older (read HEAVY) 30" TV and it is working great. The full motion control is convenient and the TV stays perfectly in place when I move it around. Will buy my next TV mount from the same company!

Was able to install and hang the TV by myself. Nice range of motion for different angles and easy to adjust. My main complaint is the thin sheet metal at the pivot. The TV mount cannot hold adjustment and has excessive play. Always adjusting because it looks like a crooked wall hanging

I installed this with no help so mounting the TV onto the bracket after it was on the wall was a little difficult. I almost dropped the TV. U recommend assistance with that part. Everything else was easy with clear instructions.

This mount was perfect for my 32” TV. It took 10 minutes to install and I did it myself. Very intuitive and the directions were clear and useful Nothing but praise for this mount.

Excellent quality for a great price. Very easy installation since it comes with a template, level, and all the spacers, washers and screws you may need. Micro adjustments for all possible angles are very easy.

Super easy to install. there is a little give with the inclination even if you tight the screw but it's not an issue - you can feel it when rearranging the TV position.
The only thing I don't like is that you can damage your wall as there is nothing to prevent the jointed part from hitting it. I stuck a rubber pad on it for god measure.
Works great, I have a 32" and I can set it 90 degrees from the wall which is exactly what I hopped.

Have an old 32 LCD Song tv that work perfectly with this wall mount. The unit feels pretty sturdy and is easy to install with the right tools. All the hardware is supplied to mount the unit (good lag screws) and all the screw sizes needed to mount the tvs (20-42).
The reason I gave it only 4 stars is the bullet level supplied is crap. The bubbles are too small or the lines to big so it's useless for accurate level, but if you have nothing it gives you some idea.

This cheap garbage snapped apart in my wall mid-installation while following the directions exactly using the tools provided. Worthless junk that I also apparently opened/installed too late and won't get a refund for.

Good value for the price.. supports my 40 inch samsung nicely and seems sturdy enough There is a lot of play in the up/down pitch even after tightening screws, but this is like 1st year MacGyver training to fix... Served my purpose amazingly for the money... I've seen lesser units retail for higher...

This item is very useful with almost all kind of televisions. Easy to fix.
