If you've played the first Yooka Laylee, this is a no-brainer must buy. If not, this is a 2d ish side scrolling platformer that's a cross between a little Banjo Kazooie and a lot of Donkey Kong Country from the snes days. The controls are tight and spot on without being overwhelming like Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. I never feel like it's the "game's" fault if I miss a jump. There's a lot to do in the levels themselves and navigating the overworld in a 3/4 top down view while figuring out puzzles to unlock areas and finding hidden tonics adds even more. It looks gorgeous in 4k and the animation and action are super fluid. I would easily pay double the price for this gem.

I was hoping for a successor to Yooka Laylee but instead they put out a 2.5D platformer. Game gets very repetitive very quickly. The chapters are boring and don't bring any new mechanisms throughout the game. The highlight of the game is the overworld which is more akin to the first game in the series. I found myself reluctantly plodding through the game just to get it over with. Hopefully they come out with a true successor to the first game.

Our new favorite game. Wonderful in stunning 4k! Very polished, very colorful, smooth yet challenging gameplay, infinite lives - helps a lot. Very original in many ways. Thanks

Who doesn't like this game? This is one of my favorite games ever it's a lot of fun to play I bought it for my 5 year olds birthday good seller excellent condition

Great price

Great game. Love the old school 2-D game play. The final boss level might truly "bee impossible" for me. So far 20 attempts and only able to get 45% percent through it before dying. Worth the time and money.

this is a great game

Got lost in the mail :(
