From the artistic mind behind Journey and Flower, ABZU is a beautiful underwater adventure that evokes the dream of diving.
Immerse yourself in a vibrant ocean world full of mystery and bursting with color and life. Perform fluid acrobatics as the Diver, using graceful swimming controls. Discover hundreds of unique species based on real creatures and form a powerful connection with the abundant sea life. Interact with schools of thousands of fish that procedurally respond to you, each other, and predators. Linger in epic seascapes and explore aquatic ecosystems modeled with unprecedented detail. Descend into the heart of the ocean where ancient secrets lie forgotten. But beware, dangers lurk in the depths
Boring but my kids really, really love it. Graphics are okay-ish lol
Amazing and relaxing game with a 'real' music soundtrack. The main message seems to be conservation and empathy with the eco-system of the oceans. Explore each scene, ride with the larger sea creatures, interact with the environment, have fun and discover the key and exit to the next scene. You can make your way to the final scene in a matter of a few hours but then find, when you log out, that you've only visited 25% of the locations. It's hard to describe this game but if you like imaginative, beautiful graphics and chill out music you might find this vey enjoyable. On 'You Tube' you can find fan's theories on the underlying meaning of the scenes that are played out in this game.
Terrific game according to Spike (14). Don't pay any attention to the reviews that say it doesn't last long. If its seen as a linear game you will miss most of the fabulous graphics, the style and colour of this undersea world. Explore for hours as you immerse in a virtual undersea world. Great value and speedy no fuss delivery. 5 stars.
This is a beautiful, contemplative game that is not so much a game as a journey through which you learn and uncover the world you find yourself in, and put things to right. The visuals and the music are beautiful, and it feels very peaceful to play. It doesn't have quite the same narrative and emotional power that Journey has, although it's a similar game, so if you enjoyed Journey you will probably enjoy this, although it won't be quite as intense an experience.
Gameplay was fantastic and required you to use your brain, makes difference from the most popular games out there. This could honestly give big name titles a run for their money. I completed the game in around two and half hours. The graphics were exceptional and the scenery was stunning.
Great game, visually amazing. Proves that there is no need for blood and bullets for video games to be engaging - pure clean fun. The only negative is the game was too short - I just wanted to keep on playing.
