Update: I've upgraded to a different headset since my original review but came back to look at this headset for a friend. I've noticed since I've purchased it the price is now $16, for $16 this is a steal. The sound and mic are darn good at near $30 so I would 100% recommend at $16.

Originally I had purchased this as a present for my friend so we could talk more on discord but she ended up getting one before I could give this to her so now Im keeping it as my backup headset.

While trying it out, it's definitely a good headset for the price range.

The earcuffs do let in outside noise so that's on your personal preference if you like it or not, I do because I like to know I can hear my cellphone or roommates while wearing my headset but I know not everyone feels the same.

The head fit it's decent and it doesn't feel overly right or like it's going to fall off.

My personal favorite is that the microphone quality according to my discord friends is perfect, which is always my biggest concern on headsets because I use it more for talking than anything else.

All in all, a good headset. My only gripe is that it wasn't sent in a package but a shipping label was just stuck to the headset box (this seems like an Amazon thing and not the product or seller) the box was undamaged and everything was perfect though.

I purchased this headset on July 22nd, it arrived on the 26th and I'm writing this review on August 5th.

I am pleased with the quality of the construction and of the sound quality of this inexpensive gaming headset. This is an over the ear, noise isolating type of gaming headset with a built in fold up microphone. They are comfortable to wear, relatively light for what it is (let's face it, these aren't tiny in the ear wireless headphones right?) and the sound quality is good. I gave it 4 stars on the sound quality as they are noise isolating, not noise cancelling. They are fine for casual gaming but don't plan on wearing them on an airplane to have them block out the engine noise.

Let's talk about the hardware now. The microphone is fold up, not detachable but folds up out of the way if you're not using it. One plus of it not being detachable is that you can't lose it right? The cord is braided and loooong. I like that it's braided, it feels like it will last for a good long while. Inline on the cord is the mic mute switch and volume control. At the end is the audio plug and a USB plug. The audio plug conducts both the mic and speakers through one 3.5mm tri-prong plug. If your PC isn't capable of doing that (i.e. it has separate mic and speaker plugs) the headset comes with an adapter that splits the mic and speaker into two cables. The USB plug is only to power the lighting on the headset. It's not strictly necessary to have this plugged in. Only if you want the headset to light up do you need it. You can see in the pictures what the headset looks like with the lights on and off.

Overall I'm giving this headset a five star review. For the price, it's a great headset!

So I thought I'd try these out as a few reviews spoke about these being very good for home office work. And surprisingly, they are! For the price, they are a surprisingly strong build. Feels like the type you'd get for $60 or more for gaming. The sound quality is good, with bass being adequate for the price. Microphone quality is strong and the led lights on the headphones area a nice touch. The headphone contour around your head and ears nicely,in my opinion. Volume rocker controller is good to have, though I wish it was a powered digital controller. Otherwise, I will say this is worth trying.

This product has great sound and an amzing microphone. The only thing I found to be lacking in the headset, was the noice cancelation, though it was not worst noice cancelation ive experienced in an headset, it was not on par with some other brand names. This headset would be great for gaming, dues to its great sound quality, mutable mic, and good microphone quality. But I do not believe this headset is best suited for work related projects, because the background noice is still noticeable.

I got this on a lightning deal - I wanted a corded headset so I could play games with my kid online without bothering my husband while he's watching TV. The multiple connection jacks are really helpful, and there haven't been any issues with sound in either direction. The thing that impressed me most is the noise canceling - I can hear the game noises better than through the speakers without the distraction of external noise.

The other thing I appreciated was the use of minimal plastic packaging! It came wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap in a cardboard box. I hate things that are unnecessarily wrapped up in hard plastic that has no other use!

Made to have them in a laptop since it has the USB part to plug in. I love how thick they are on the sides as well so less chance of them breaking. Super comfortable to use and the sound quality sounds great. But it’s not as loud as my other set. These have also been great for online learning since you can just switch it from on and off on the headset and raise the volume.

I bought two of these headphones for my sons. They are 9 and 10 years old and I didn't really want to break the bank buying a headset for each of them, but they needed something comfortable for virtual lessons with their teachers. They sit side to side on a long desk and none needed to hear the other's teacher so these headphones work perfectly! They are comfortable, the cushion over the ear is a soft fabric, they are light and they don't hear each other while wearing them. The only issue I see is that it was two ends, one is an USB port and the other an AUX. We use the AUX so the USB is kind of in the way, but they boys don't mind. Great product, at a great price.
