DO NOT buy these thinking they are the version 2 move controllers!! Regardless of what you see in the description and the Q&A, these are the old move controllers, conveniently repackaged into the ps4/VR box!! I wanted to update my old move controllers, so I bought these believing what was said in the description/comments and these are the exact same move controllers I have, without the updated micro USB. Thanks to the improper details, I now have to go through the hassle of returning them. Thanks a lot.....

This is a total lie.
In Q&A it says is the version 2 but it is actually the version one.

Amazon should not allow such a thief to work with them.

Was very unsatisfied with the package, it states that it is the version 2 there selling, but it is not they are repackaging the move controllers from the ps3 and just pouring them in a ps4 box

I read the description, and it was listed as the new model. I too received the old model with mini usb and not micro usb. I will be sending this back.

These are not PS4 versions, thes are the PS3 models in a new box. They did not come with the charging cables, and mine won't even turn on. I will be requesting a return

Controllers came in box that was clearly opened and re-taped. One of the two needed USB cables doesn’t work. Save your money and buy these elsewhere.

Ordered from Amazon and not a 3rd party and received the new PS4 controllers with micro USB port.

Works as described.

This is the 2nd unit I have purchased both controllers do not work. Charged them for 24 hours.
The 1st set I ordered 1 controller stopped working after 1 week of use . Sony's support is the worst.
Sending this set back via Amazon

Item is brand new in unopened packaging. The motion controllers are the new version with the micro USB port and work flawlessly. It is a shame that they are priced so ridiculously high due to the lack of production of them but they really do enhance the PSVR games that they apply to. If you can make yourself pay the amount they cost just bite the bullet and buy them, you wont be disappointed.

I bought PlayStation VR a couple of months ago and sure, it was enjoyable. But without the move controllers it felt a bit pointless. Why would I play games using a screen stuck up against my face instead of using the wonderful big screen I own?
Adding the move controllers showed me just how much fun VR can be. It takes the immersion to the next level.
Build quality is great. They work just as expected and are pretty accurate at movement detection - though do note that you’ll want to have quite a large space available for using them. I found that I was too close to the camera a lot of the time due to the size limitations of my living room and this meant that it was far too easy to leave the detection zone by simply moving my arms a certain way.
Overall, a great purchase. And yes, whilst I agree that the move controllers should be packaged with the VR headset, like many other reviewers have suggested, I think that if you are looking to give VR a go for the first time it’s better to pony up for the PlayStation VR and these controllers than to jump into some of the more expensive ways to experience VR.

Side note: I purchased these move controllers around Christmas time which was when they were sold out practically everywhere. I spent more on the controllers than their usual retail price and had to have them shipped over from the US. But it was worth it.

I'm over the moon right. Came as described, box sealed and controllers brand new. Wasnt due for another 8 days so yet another big tick.

Super fast delivery from the US to the UK. 2 days. Amazing service. The product makes the PSVR complete. These are also the V2 versions. Very happy.
