I liked this Bluetooth headset when I first saw it. It caught my eye and I knew I had to have it. The volume controls along with the previous and next track playback controls are on the mic boom. Which makes it very easy to effortless to do those functions. It is very comfortable on the ear and adjustable. Let's not forget it comes with a 12 month warranty which is always a good thing! Not to mention the noise- cancelling mic which makes your calls crystal clear no background noise whatsoever. This Bluetooth headset can be connected to two devices at the same time which allows you to play music, make calls and play games. Connects to my lap top with easy. The talk time⏰ for this HonShoop Dual-Mic Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset is OUTSTANDING!!!

Got this for my truck driver hubby and it's the best one he's ever used so far and, believe me, he has been through a few of them! He finds it very comfortable to wear as it is made from a soft-feel material. The sound is clear on both ends with good noise reduction. There was also a scratch card included in the box and we won a second earpiece which was received in the mail a few days later. That was really cool! Customer service was very responsive when I contacted them about winning and were very forthcoming with advice about using the earpiece. I would have no hesitation in recommending this very sleek and comfy to wear earpiece.

Great sound and comfortable fit. I love that I can play music through it when not on a call.

When will companies learn to have focus groups use and test their products before releasing to the public?

Persuaded by the five star reviews here, purchased this newly released bluetooth headset. I have two cell phones, so multipoint is one of the requirements. For users with only one phone, many of the problems listed below will still be challenging and problematic.

This headset was an overall disappointment and frustrating. Here is why:
1. The master button is only slightly protruding and is a small rectangle with a high spring tension. This forces the user to press the earpiece into the ear canal. Ouch. (despite the picture showing a recess with the button having arrows implying it's a slide switch, nope. One has to press firmly on it pushing the end piece into your ear) The button is not easy to locate. This button should be larger and have less tension. It's a quick instant press to turn on the unit, BUT while it's in your ear, it's a long painful six seconds to power down.

Designers and manufacturers need to learn that whenever there's a button which pushes an earpiece into the ear canal, that button needs to be large, easy to locate, work quickly such as less than three seconds, and require very little force (viz low spring tension).
2. No caller ID announcement. No incoming call number, no announcement whatsoever.
3. When the unit is on and not on your ear, there's nothing on the unit which indicates it is on.
4. Proprietary charging cord to USB. Some like that charging is surface mounted because there's no open micro USB female connection. But this earpiece has a unique two contact charging cord with a weak magnetic attraction. If you lose it, you cannot charge this earpiece. Strongly prefer USB C or microUSB, not a proprietary/unique charger
5. The mute and volume up/down buttons on on the mic boom. They are too close together, do not protrude much, are small, and also require excess force to use.
6. Intermittently drops bluetooth connection. Often when in an adjacent room, or outside a mere 20 feet, a set of two beeps begin, Although not described in the accompanying manual, those noises are a loss of connection in one or both phones. Occasionally the connection sustains 35 feet.
7. When out of range, there's no "disconnect" announcement, just those frequent loud tones, not mentioned in the accompanying manual.
8. When out of range, and then returning in range, it never auto-reconnects with both phones. It usually does reconnect (and announces "connected") but only with one phone. The cure is to go into the bluetooth menu of each phone, find which one did not connect, and force connection, In the alternative, power down the unit (six long seconds and painful) and then tap once, and both phones reconnect.
9. Ear receiver pressure: While the manual terms the arm holding the receiver as "stretchable" and it is indeed flexible, it returned to applying pressure to the posterior part of my ear canal. Not comfortable. Perhaps with more force and straightening it out completely and greater than 180 degrees, it would not go back to the original shape. This arm needs to be more malleable.
10. The female voice never announces when there's a disconnect
11. The earpiece does not identify the device in multipoint. It should announce "Device one connected (or disconnected)" and "Device two connected (or disconnected)"
12. There is an annoying mechanical friction noise in the ear canal when jumping, walking, or with sudden head motions, even with using the largest removable ear tips/buds. Suspect the weight of the mass behind the ear coupled with the boom projection make for this movement. Use the largest supplied tip to reduce this problem, but it will not be abated.
13. Several callers reported hearing static in the background, but I was in a quiet room. Several callers stated I sounded “under water”, but I was not.

On the good side, it's otherwise comfortable, has good noise cancellation, usually excellent sound quality in both send and receive, paired easily with one quick press of the power on (no second press needed as alleged in the manual). The long shiny perforated silver plate on the outside of the boom is not attractive, and should be eliminated or manufactured black.

I both this one as a gift for a friend and he said that they work perfectly good sound and that they’re easy to charge and that they were a really good. Quality

I bought this product because I now find myself delivering college courses over the Internet and also phoning Student several times a day. I first started using the speaker system on the phone the phone the sound quality very poor. I then moved on to wired iPhone earphones with built in microphone but I found the wires a Nuisance when trying to use the keyboard on the computer at the same time. Was looking for a reasonably priced headset and this one fitted the bill the price I wanted to pay. However I’ve got to say that this product has more than exceeded my expectations. The headset is well-made, has a really good sound quality, and a long battery life for all their use. I found the voice of notification is out of range really useful as now I can wander around the house speaking to students as well as working close to the computer. I’ve never owned a heads up before there is never needed one but I can’t fault this product for the cost and the build quality. The microphone will even pick up a whisper Which I’ve tested using Google.I don’t listen to Music on headphones but is there only one earpiece I don’t think that’s the best option for this device. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to anybody who is considering buying a headset to link to a computer or mobile.
