I saw this on Instagram yesterday and had to have it. They were sold out on PopSocket's website, and of course Amazon saves the day. One day shipping was great. The only thing to note is this is a new 'swapable' version. Before, I would just pop the plastic top piece out and not remove the whole thing. This version doesn't have that. Once you stick the base down, you can turn the socket 90 degrees and swap the whole thing. I hope that made sense. Pics included!

I have loved pop sockets since the very first day I ever tried one. And when I was ready for a new one to go with my new phone I was so happy to see this cool new enamel style with my favorite animal on it!
The only down side was that the top popped off after just about ONE month of normal use. And it could not just be clicked back into place like the regular switchable tops, I had to super glue it back on. Which is fine because it was an easy fix but I still wish it hadn't happened.

It's been less than one month and the flat metal shark piece has come undone from the rubber expanding piece. I'm very annoyed, as this is more expensive than regular plastic pop sockets and should have lasted longer with the metal. The actual base is adhering so I feel like I can't even send it back.

I received the item on September 1st, it's September 26th and it's already broken from just normal use! Like I haven't been terribly rough on it or anything, either. I don't think I can recommend this to anyone because it broke so quickly.

The glue remnants in the picture on the according are from my fiance trying to glue it back together for me with silicone glue, but it didn't work and it's just the glue peeling off. The glue hasn't had any effect on the pop socket itself, just so we're all clear.

I thought it’d be cool to have a metal pop socket - wrong.
It’s too abrasive to hold & not comfortable after a period of time. The metal itself just isn’t pleasant to always touch & Id much prefer a lighter plastic pop socket to this one. I mean, it’s cute & all - just not practical for a ton of usage.

I read a lot of reviews about it coming apart super easy but mine has been great so far. Had it a couple months now and its still going strong. Im torn between liking the texture of the metal outlines and wishing it maybe had a protective clear coat cause it does get scuffed up pretty easily. But all in all its alright.

This thing is amazing. It also hardly scratches, so far for me, and has stuck perfectly with no issues. I absolutely love it. I wish they made more in this type of material and such so the design doesn't scratch off after a while.

This is the cutest popsocket ever and I love that it's enamel. It feels much sturdier than my previous standard plastic one.
