It makes it easy to clean and keeps it hygienic however, the bottom/nose part is so small it doesn’t stay. It keeps popping out of place of I move your head too much and then since it’s out of place, the little flap around the nose move as well, making it uncomfortable. I can’t just ignore it, I have to wake my quest off, readjuust that part, then back to playing.

Great for games where you’re not moving your head too much.. like FitVr or normal beat saber

But games where you head your head like super hot or 360 beat saber, not very good. But it’s these games that gets you sweating and that’s when you really need a cover...

I bought this cover to use on my oculus when working out, and it does the trick. Keeps sweat out of the foam face pad, and it’s easy to wipe clean afterwards.

I however did find the nose piece uncomfortable, but after trimming it down it’s not a issue.(reason I gave 4 stars)

It just slips over your Quest foam and its not bad for light leak. Its comfortable but its rubber so it can get a bit sweaty with long use and it you'll find yourself adjusting it back more than I like.

I probably would have tried something else in hindsight.

The product I received was exactly as advertised. Along with having good grip to my face, flaps to keep light from entering near the nose, and keeping sweat from getting absorbed into the stock interface, the silicon also grips on to my glasses which is made of a thick plastic. This keeps my glasses from slipping while in VR and holds it back from scratching the lens in the Oculus Quest.

Just what i was looking for, a cover that’s easy to clean, uses the existing foam insert, seals the nose area from almost all light, and is comfortable. Don’t hesitate purchasing this. I have there other covers as well but this is the best.

The comfort is great. The shielding of facial sweat is great. The ease and ability to clean is great. However, it doesn't fit perfectly on the Quest 2 padding. There is some folding or puckering inside the mask as well as it does come lose around the nose area.

Perfect for we gamers who wear eye glasses

Every thing I imagined and more because of how good the nose area does at blocking out the light leakage. Excellent product in my opinion.

It is simply the best alternative I know for those who need to share their quest.

Wer kennt es nicht... Man ist mitten in der VR Session und das Cover der VR Brille ist triefend nass... Keine schöne Angelegenheit, vorallem wenn man mit mehreren Personen die VR Brille teilt bzw. wechselt. Diese Situation wollte ich garnicht erst entstehen lassen (kenne ich von vorherigen VR Brillen) und direkt von Anfang an ein extra Cover besorgen.

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich mir das VR Cover aus Kunstleder oder aus Silikon kaufe. Ich habe mich dann für die Silikon Variante entschieden, da sie billiger und noch hygienischer ist. Die Passform ist wirklich einwandfrei - siehe Bilder. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr gutes Hautgefühl und angenehm auch über längere Zeit.

Schwitzt man damit mehr als ohne Silikoncover? Ich dachte ja, aber tatsächlich ist es nach den ersten Testes so, dass ich finde es ist genauso wie mit dem normalen Schaumstoff. Natürlich schwitzt man ein wenig, aber das kann man einfach abwischen und es ist komplett weg.

Kaufempfehlung?
Absolut, da es sehr gut sitzt, angenehm zu tragen ist und wesentlich hygienischer als der originale Schaumstoff ist. Es ist einfach eine sinnvolle Investition!

Es sollte als Upgrade dienen um die Hygiene des Headsets zu verbessern. Diesen Punkt kann es auch soweit erfüllen. Einen chemischen Geruch konnte man nicht wahrnehmen.
Jedoch war die Passgenauigkeit nicht so schön wie in anderen Rezensionen sichtbar vorhanden. Es fehlten so ca. 1-2mm um das Silikoncover vernünftig über den Nasenbereich zu ziehen. Mit dem Ergebnis das dies immer wieder an der Stelle abrutschte.
Ebenso hatte ich hier Probleme mit meiner Brille. Sie kam links und rechts in Kontakt mit dem Silikon, und es fühlte sich eher wie "reinpflutschen" an. Dieses Problem habe ich mit der Original-Gesichtsauflage nicht.
Ein weiteres Manko war jedoch die dadurch beeinträchtige Belüftung im Inneren des Headsets. Es führte dazu das recht schnell die Sicht beschlagen war an der Brille und an den Linsen der Quest.
Kurzum: mir persönlich machte es so nicht wirklich Spaß damit zu spielen. Vielleicht bin ich da auch zu schwitzig veranlagt oder habe ein Montagsmodell erwischt. Meins war es leider nicht. Wer aber keine Brille trägt und ggf weniger zum Schwitzen neigt und vielleicht sogar Glück bei der Passgenauigkeit hat, der wird sicher damit glücklich sein.

Abgesehen vom hygienischen Aspekt, ist das Silikon Cover sehr viel angenehmer auf der Haut als das kratzige Material vom original Cover. Außerdem hinterläßt es keinen Abdruck und schließt um die Nase herum lichtdicht ab. Einfach anzubringen. Kann es nur empfehlen

Not only hygienic but also a lot more comfortable on the skin than the original itchy cover. Also it doesn't leave marks on the face and shuts out light around the nose. Easy to install. Can only recommend it

Also für Brillenträger nicht geeignet. Als ich meine Oculus abgenommen habe steckte meine Brille noch darin da das Cover sie mitgerissen hat. Durch die Nasenabdeckung oder was das ist bekomme ich kaum Luft durch die Nase. Außerdem läuft meine Brille beim spielen dadurch an (was vorher noch nie passiert ist). Das Cover an sich hält auch nicht wirklich und ist schwer zu befestigen. Bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Geldverschwendung
