I've been considering getting one of these for my work laptop for some time after seeing a coworker with one. Well these came up for a great price and I jumped on it. There were no instructions, but it's not hard to figure out.
Pull off the blue backing and stick over the lens. I was worried it might show in the image because the cover was a little smaller than the plastic around my lens, but it's completely out of the image.
Easy to operate and well worth the money with all the remote meetings in in now! No more accidental videos of me in my pajamas!

The IT department at my work recommended to us (the employees) that we procure webcam covers to provide more security for our laptops and tablets. So I did! They’re nifty little plastic slider bars mounted in a stick-on frame. You center and stick them over the webcam lens circle. When you want to do video conferencing, you just slide back the cover and then the webcam can “see”. When not using the webcam, close the little door and no hackers can see you. It’s ingenious security for pennies! With 6 in this pack, I’m covering all of my family’s webcams!

I don't know why I didn't know about these before but an account I follow on social media did a story on these. I ordered right away as I am tired of using a tiny sticky note to cover my camera on my MacBook Air. Installed in a matter of seconds and it looks so much cleaner than my previous remedy.  I had a scare where my laptop camera light seemed to be stuck on, which I immediately assumed meant my webcam was hacked. Turned out that I just had a teams call pending in a hidden window.
But it scared me enough to order these. And I am a big fan.
Super easy to apply, extremely thin so it does not interfere with closing my laptop, and easy to slide shut/open.

I am really happy with this webcam cover. The 6 pack meant we had enough to cover all our devices and share a few with friends. It came with a cleaning cloth to clean the camera, and was super easy to install. It also was easy to remove when I put it in the wrong place at first, and the adhesive was still good when I went to re-position it! It works great, completely blacks out my camera when it's cut, and is barely noticeable on my black laptop case. Overall, a great buy for me!

I had all four of my Desktop/laptops webcam covered with the sticker and it didn't look so good and then I found this product and it does exactly what it suppose to do while keeping the good looks of the computer. Easy to apply to computer camera area and effective! It slides back and forth smoothly and is thin enough not to affect closing my laptop. I feel a lot more private, knowing I can just slide the cover over the camera whenever it's not in use. Nice price point, too!

These are better than I expected. They are as thin as a business card. Easy to mount. Just make sure you clean the area you want to mount them too. Once mounted they are easy to use just slide it open or closed as needed.
Highly recommended.
