I'm giving this charging cable 5-stars because it looks quite durable. I'm a tad paranoid about using old cables and charagers, (this also applies to surge protectors) so I replace what I have after 5 years or so. I haven't opened this package yet. It is a very pretty pastel pink. I like it. |
I needed a longer cord and wanted to make sure that I got one that is Apple approved. I had ordered/used one from Amazon before, but evidently I got one that is not approved (or was just a poorly made product) because it has stopped working after only a couple of years. This is JUST the cord, not the plug, so be aware of that, but it seems to be a very high quality product. |
I love the length of the charging cord ---perfect for my needs. I haven't had it long enough to tell you that it is rugged therefore my durability and sturdiness stars may or may not be overstated. |
My Apple Certified lightening cable can handle charging my Apple IPhone 6, it’s just not very fast. The charge time is slow if you’re using it while it’s charging. The durability appears to be stronger than a lot of the others. Rebecca in Carmichael California |
So far I am very pleased with this charging cable. I does exactly what it is supposed to do - charge all of my apple devices quickly and consistently. Time will tell regarding durability, but I am hopeful enough to be buying another one. I would recommend giving it a try. |
