I bought a cheap adjustable music table for putting a laptop on when recording music and the plastic was too slippery to trust a $3000 laptop to. I purchased one of these for $7 and the laptop doesn't move. In fact, I can angle the table 45 degrees and the laptop sticks. If I lay a drum stick on it, it doesn't move. It works so well that I bought a second one. I'm not sure if I'd use this in my car, but its perfect for a laptop or ipad that needs to be secure during a recording session.

Not as sticky as I had hoped on the back. It will stay put in my car but definitely is not adhered in any way. There is no adhesive on the pad on either side, just very sticky rubber. So not quite what I thought I was getting. It does an ok job for what I need.

I love this product it is so easy to apply and remove for cleaning input my phone on my dash and this keeps it from sliding. It’s such a great item for new or experienced drivers who need extra place to lay their things .

Great product but smaller than expected.

Poor quality. Poor adhesion

When they say super sticky they mean it! We used this on a car trip to hold electronics in place. When laid flat they didn’t move at all, and even when we just had a thin edge on it so we could watch the device (like the thin edge of an iPad) it held them in place unless there was a crazy sudden brake. This did not leave a sticky film on anything g when removed either, which I had been concerned about.

This is so sticky that it will mess with your head. It feels like you're handling fly paper, but yet your hand comes away clean without any residue. And it is so hard to pull off of surfaces, yet they are once again completely clean. It's bizarre. I made it dirty on purpose just so it was easier to handle. Still sticks to everything like crazy.

I loved this size over the smaller ones because it can accommodate other items that I would not normally have put on the dash to serve as a reminder for me to replace, etc. But what I like best about this is that it can hold two pair of sunglasses on the dash and not move. To date, I have purchased two of these.
