I am considering to send it back for one which fits with my cell phone

The package comes with more tools than you need to stable cameras in place. The setup process is very easy. Just follow the instructions. As you can see, the night vision is clear enough to detect any motions. This security camera is very sensitive. I want to turn off notifications at times because it basically detects every movements. lol.

I bought two units of this product, I based in Canada and since my nephew is going to visit Philippines I took the chance to order it here and bring it to Philippines. The other set was easy done, just plug and play but for the second set we had hard time connecting to NVR, but contacted the customer service and gave us and OUTSTANDING AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They we’re very helpful and was able to make it work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. If you’re having hard time connecting don’t worry the friendly customer service is there.

Intercom can't be heard on one camera the other camera volume is really really low. After adjusting motion settings it will not alert for someone literally walking up to my door . When i get notified of motion if i do i get a message stating there is no video.

Can't attest to the functionality or performance of the hardware. Could not test hardware because I could not get the software to function. IP PRO3 was loaded on three different devices and became functional on none. Instruction manual Dwith product is useless. Down loaded HAFSTROMS' IP PRO USER MANUAL. It was of no value either in terms of getting the software to function. Am asking Amazon to allow return of product as soon as this is uploaded.

This is a good camera system if you are not wanting to pay a monthly fee. My phone is sent a message within seconds of it detecting movement. Easy setup. Definitely recommend

Awesome set up! Super easy to set up ! If I can do it anybody can. I was shocked how easy it was because I had tried other camera units big pain had to send back couldn’t get it to work but this camera set up is so easy I’m serious anybody can do it!
