I find that a product is not only good for its craftsmanship, but also by its customer service. When i first turned it on i thought my harddrive was a dud. I immediately thought i was going to be SOL, but i was wrong. The tech contacted me the following day asking me to call him when it was convenient. He set up a remote session, not only did he diagnose the problem, got it up and running, but set up and optimized everything for me while telling how and what he was doing, but spoke to me as if he was an old life long friend. At the end of the sessions he told me to feel free to contact him with any questions. When you get such wonderful support, and know the people associated with the product are not only proud, and invested in a product... you know you've bought into a quality product that will be supported and updated for a long time. Yet another plus, all of my experience was complimentary with the purchase. I had spoken to a few local techs and the lowest price i was quoted was 185 for set up. Thats without a tutorial. Just to set it up. Dont hesitate if you are looking for a good high end, high quality product with exceptional customer care and support.
