Easy setup, plug and play. No need open port on the router or using any type of domain to access from the web/smartphone. All in one system, came with pre-installed 2TB Hard drive. I think with this capacity can record up to 2 month with 8 camera 1080p. I order this set of camera for my nephew's house. He likes it so much. I only installed 4 cameras for him. He will be adding 4 more by his own. No professional installation required. Resolution was great with the 1080p.
The IP Pro app on the iPhone very user friendly. User interface was very simple and clean. Easy to operate. I also found the signal repeater was a great function. Each camera can act as repeater and pass the signal back to the NVR. This way you don't need to put your NVR at the center of the all camera. I also see there was audio icon on each camera screen. Not sure if they are able to record voice or not. It was not mentioned on the product page. I guess this is a hidden feature, not 100% sure. I have not yet test it out. Overall, a great surveillance camera system.

This is my second set of cameras. This set works really well. I originally placed surveillance . cameras at my home due to the fact someone stole my Christmas lights. We live in a small town. I was saddened at the thought of someone coming into my yard to steal my property. I was having a problem zooming in until our 2 year old great grandson came to our house and was messing with the nobs. I Was educated.

I bought this camera system April 2018 and its been working great up till now. This system worked great!! The power on the motherboard cannot power up the hard drive anymore. I bought a new hard drive, installed it and same issue. I called the company and they said to order a new box which I did and waiting for it to be delivered. I liked the system but cannot understand why it is not powering the hard drive. In the mean time, I logged into the system settings and was able to at least reset all the recording settings to off so the system would stop rebooting and I can still see real time on my iphone and tv screen.

I started using this product in December 2018, so I've had it for about 3 and a half months now. I purchased this product for my business and one of the main selling points for me was video quality and the fact that I could watch remotely from anywhere there was an internet connection via an app that I could download onto my phone.

Fast forward to about a month ago. The system kept on saying that it was offline and I couldn't connect via the app. Mind you, it is important that I view what's going on at my business when I'm not there. I want to make sure that my employees are doing what they are supposed to be doing...again, one of the main reasons I bought this system.

I called the "helpline" that was listed on the system manual and left a message for them to help me out. No response. Left another message a couple of days later...again no response. I was able to figure out the issue with the help of a friend who is pretty tech savvy. So now the system stays online...most of the time.

Recently they decided to upgrade the app and to "fix known bugs". Since they've done that, I can't log into the app without it crashing ALL OF THE TIME. If I'm lucky I get about 5 seconds of viewing the screens before the app crashes again. This morning I had to try to log in more than 50 times before I was able to get online for a total of 12 seconds before it crashed again.

If you want to buy a security system, I can not recommend this one as I think a lot of people are looking at purchasing something that they can view when they are not physically there. In the meantime, I just hope that they fix the problem with their app. I have re-installed my $99 camera that I had previously that doesn't have the video quality or the ability to record that much, but at least I can view what I need to view when I need to view it SMH.

First off, let me just say that Amazon Tech Support is a JOKE!
I had recently purchased a Home Security Camera System made by OS Systems and had a few issues with getting their App to function. The listed hours for the manufacturer’s Tech were Monday to Friday, 9:00a a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and since I work 7:50 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, their listed hours weren’t of any use to me. So, I called Amazon Tech, and when I explained the manufacturer’s App for viewing the Security System wasn’t working, the Amazon Tech’s only answer, was download a different APP if the manufacturer had one. When I said they didn’t, and their Tech hours weren’t of any use to me, the only thing the Amazon Tech could say, was take down the System, and return it. I suppose maybe was volunteering to spend an hour removing and packing up everything, then maybe another two hours reinstalling the old system, and possibly 2-4 hours installing yet another new system. I doubt it.
So, I called the OS Systems tech support phone number, and left them a message About my issues with their system and voiced my dissatisfaction with their limited phone Tech Support hours. The young lady from OS Systems Tech Support tried to call me back three times the same night (a Saturday night). When I saw the missed calls, after I got out of the Shower, I call back the number they called from, the young lady answered immediately, explained that their Tech Support hours had been expanded, apologized that the literature with the System wasn’t current, and helped me with one unresolved issue I still had when I spoke to her. I ended my call with a Thank You for her call back, her assistance with my one unresolved issue, and a MUCH better opinion of OS Systems, and my Security Camera System.
Amazon’s Tech Support, well, it still is a JOKE

1. Poor wifi range.
2. Extended range antenna had no noticable effect at all.
3. One camera of the 8 in the kit had faulty i.r. l.e.d.'s
4. System would not display all 8 cameras at the same time, consistently loosing signal. (Added long range router and different wifi provider still poor range.
