I have owned this item for two months and its been nothing but issues with the system. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS call the number and you get someone on the other side of the world who barely speaks english. Two of the cameras stopped working I got the first one replaced after explaining myself ten times to the broken english person on the other end. I tried to call for the second one a week later and got an automated message to email the company and the person stopped responding after a second email. DO NOT BUY! save your money and buy a top brand system I am now stuck with this item and out of 260 bucks |
