Reviews

While easy to install, the software is not particularly intuitive. Also to view on a PC you have to install software and I'm not sure how secure the connections it establishes are. Also customer service is mediocre at best. We had some missing components and were told we could not get replacements - not even available for purchase - so we had to do a work around. Overall we are happy with the value of the system.

Works as advertised. I was able to install it by myself using wire pulling fiberglass sticks from harbor freight to get cat 5 cables to eve's of house from the attic. I have started getting many network attacks from someone trying to get in my system through the router and dvr. DVR firmware is up to date. Had to use Micro Trend network security to block them.
