Bad instructions, bad software. Could not make it work standalone or with an ONVIF NVR.
Works great. Linked to hikvision nvr without issue and auto configured on the poe ports and used a couple of poe switches with some and they too work without issue. NVR found them and setup was a breeze. Picture is crisp and clear. As described it is 100 percent working just as original. Cannot say for sure if you can upgrade the firmware but I would think these could upgrade with the multi-language international version. though if they are working then probably no reason to upgrade the firmware.
Camera works on my computer but I could not get it to work in my NVR, I have a Hikvision’s system. Thus I had to return it and buy two 4mp Hikvision cameras. While it was a little difficult reaching Jidetech tech support, they where very nice and tried to help me out. But in the end even they couldn’t get it to work on my system.
Been using this camera at many of our branches. The picture quality is great.
Bought it thinking I was getting a OEM DS-2CD2347G1-LU, which is made by Hikvision. Instead, I got some imitation camera. Sent back.
These IP cams work great and are very clear. I ordered three to add on to an existing CCTV system... works the same as Hikvision and supports plug & play with my Hikvision NVR.
Very good a satisfied customer is a plus in my book highly recommend
Camera is up and running. Once I got it activated i was able to connect it to the NVR using ONVIF. Will probably buy again. Just wondering how I can get firmware updates for it?
