This lens has been my desperately needed for low light, and for the types of depth I can produce with such a low f/stop. This is clear, and for the price extremely useful. This is my new all-day lens. I use the Panasonic Lumix GH-4 shooting cinematic 4k. |
this is a great little lens. 50 mm equivalent so a perfect inbetween lens. it is great for both portraits and landscapes. |

I use this lens on my Panasonic G7. It is WAY better than the kit lens and gives you the field of view similar to a 50mm. I mainly got the G7 as a back up camera when shooting wedding video, but also as a C camera to capture that wide angle shot from the back of the room. I found that 50mm is perfect for that shot. Also it helps that it is 1.7mm because the G7 doesn't have the best low light capabilities so I needed a way to counter that. |
