I'll be straight up here, It's a cheap light with good output and the mounting system that needs to be super tight.

The controls for the light are in line with the USB power cord. It can be powered by your laptop output and I didn't notice a difference when I plugged it into a dedicated USB power supply. There's an on and off button, two separate brightness controls, and one button to control and toggle through the three preset color temperatures.

I use this light for calls and also it works as a front field light for video conferences if you don't mind having a circle in your eyes or glasses show up.

I loooooove my new ring light, I have been wanting one for a really long time but was looking for something affordable and compatible with my phone - Samsung S8. This light is amazing. It only took about 10 minutes or less to set up and play around with the cool features in the app. The instructions for setup were really easy. I love all the filters in the app that you download with the ring light. I love that the ring light has many different light settings and you can DIM the light if you don’t need it to be so bright. The remote is super cute and easy to use AND you get an extra battery. I am really excited to use this and very happy with my purchase.

It took me a few minutes to put it together. I haven't figured out how to get the tripod part to sit up higher. It will slide down to sit at a certain height- which is fine-- you might just need to put it on a book or something if you want it to be higher. It came with a little remote (and battery) so you can hit the button to take your picture. The instructions also suggest an app to download where you can edit your photos. I'm not sure if I will actually use that - I was more interested in extra lighting for regular photos. I think there were about 3 levels of different lighting.

 Was super excited to buy this since I’ve really been wanting one. It takes photos really well and the remote is awesome ! Lighting is good so no issue with that. My only issue is that the part that holds the light is ALWAYS falling over and I can’t really use the phone holder that is in the ring light. I provided a video for the part that holds the light. It’s a little frustrating but honestly you get what you pay for. It looks to me that maybe the screw that holds those pieces together is too short. I worry it actually isn’t holding it in place at all and will break. Next time I’ll go for a better one.

The ring light was what I was looking for. I often do vlogs on YouTube and was not getting the right lighting for my shots. This was a very good inexpensive light. It came rather quickly and was packaged in a safe way to protect the light. Assembly could be a little tricky and the directions in your desired language could be hard to find.

I have a heavier phone (Samsung Note 10 plus) So it needed to be adjusted tightly to holdy cell phone. The quality of the light however is good. I liked that it had three different light choices to fit your needs.

I would recommend but be aware the directions may be tricky to find. Easily assembled without the directions though.

-Cell Phone Holder Extenable Length
-cell phone holder is extendable, but aren't able to hold mine. Ihave to take my phone case off to fit my phone onto the cell phone holder.

-Power Source Needed to Light the Hoop
-the hoop light don't take in battery. you must bring your own portable charger for outdoor use. Also, it doesn't come with a wall charger.

I love how clear and bright the light is. I can change to multiple brightnesses or even different shades of color. It fits perfectly on my desk and will either plug into USB or into the wall with a cell phone adapter. It even has a remote to work from a distance. I'm really impressed with the build quality too.

I am so disappointed in this product. The tripod constantly falls. The legs won’t support holding up an iPhone let alone holding up the light ring that comes with the product. I bought this to showcase jewelry and it doesn’t provide high quality visual lighting for jewelry.
