I make hunting videos for my YouTube Channel, HansETX, and wanted to do more daytime hog and coyote hunting. I was looking for an inexpensive, durable scope that I could use for my hunting videos. Now.. my hunting stuff gets banged around a lot, whether it be me tracking hogs through thick brush or riding around in the back seat of my truck on the way to the next hunt. Do not let the inexpensive price fool you.. this is not a cheap scope! Right out of the box, I could tell that this scope could take a beating and still perform well... and it has every time!!

Nice scope but the caps fall off easily. Pins used to hold them in place will quickly slide out. Replaced the pins with a paper clip and they work well again. Sad that a nice scope suffers from something that is so simple to prevent. Should use a pin with a nailhead style pin that will stay in place.

Update: I’ve revised my review from 3 to 4 Stars because the Seller reached out to me, apologized for the issue with the pins and provided a 30% refund of the purchase price as compensation for repair. It is a nice scope and I’ve used it now for a few months and am very happy with it. I like a Seller who stands behind the products they sell. Recommend both the scope and this seller.

I bought two of these, one for my crossbow, and one for my AR15. They are great scopes for the price and I may buy a couple more for my .22 rifles. When I first installed it on my crossbow, it was very blurry and I almost immediately sent it back. But when I removed the flip up lens covers, that's when I discovered you can adjust the eye relief on them. It is crystal clear now, and has held it's zero after dozens of shots. I highly recommend this scope.

I was looking for a good scope for a good price without killing the bank and I have found it. I was needing a scope for my Ruger American Predator 6.5 creedmoor and this one works great. It has two light modes in red or green also different light settings from dim to bright. The scope has a drop compensator reticle. The scope has a clear optics and easy eye relief. The scope comes with a set of rings for easy install and has flip up covers. I was shooting at a hundred yards at the range on the target in the picture. I wasn’t using good ammo and had some user error but it was easy to adjust. So if your looking for a good scope for great price then this will work!!!

Bought this scope for my Smith and Wesson MP15-22. The scope fit with the mounts provided, and took it to the range. The scope would not hold a zero. No matter how much I adjusted it, it would not hit where I was aiming. Some of the groups were decent, but not useful for hunting unless it hits where you aim. Tried 3 different brands of ammo all with the same result. And yes, the scope was mounted tightly and all the screws were tightened. At 50 yards the shots should not be that wild shooting from a seated rest. Also at the higher magnifications, the image gets fuzzy and it is hard to aim. Save your money and buy a name brand scope.

UPDATE: I revised my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on customer service from the seller. After my initial review, they offered me a full refund which I accepted. I was not happy with the product, but am very happy with the customer service.

Scope seemed to be impressive quality out of the box, and, at first I could shoot tight groups with it, but after about 40 rounds through a 10/22, it was very clear that the groups were drifting off zero.
After the second time I took it out, the shot patterns were clearly getting more erratic, and it was getting worse each time I took the rifle to the range.
It was very surprising how far off from zero the scope was yesterday.
I swapped it with a bug buster from one of my other rifles and the issue was instantly eliminated.
I was also a little disappointed in the sight picture being a little fuzzy at 9x, and the focus did little to sharpen the image.
Wanted this to be a great deal...love the illuminated reticle, great eye relief, fantastic light gathering, but pretty useless due to a lack of functionality.

Update: Seller contacted me and offered me a newer model to replace this scope. I have not yet had a chance to try out the new scope, but upgrading to 4 stars for the excellent customer service.

I put this on a 91/30 that I made into a cheap sniper rifle. Went to the range and sighted it in with over 300 rounds. Never lost clarity and stayed zeroed in at 100 yards. If a 7.62x54R can’t break it, it’s good enough for me

I’m giving this product 4 stars because it’s definitely worth the money. People who are saying this is as good as high end scopes are crazy. I bought this for a 17 HMR and I think it will do the job very nicely. The field of view is not nearly what I would’ve expected from a 56 mm lens. In fact my field of view is wider with a Nikon or Leupold 40 mm lens. Overall it’s not a high end scope. It is a good scope for the money. I would say the features and clarity are on par with the scope in The $60-$75 range so great value. However there is no way I would put this on a high-end large caliber rifle. Even if the internals could handle the recoil the optics are not nearly as crisp as my Nikon Buckmaster 2 And there’s a huge leap to a Leupold VX 2. So to answer this question are you going to get $300 optic performance out of a Scope and the $30-$40 range no way not even close. For what it is it’s a good budget scope for a Rimfire rifle crossbow etc.
