As a rule I don't review purchases made on Amazon, however in this case I will make an exception. This is because I have spend years trying to find a way to comfortably carry a good quality camera whilst hiking. Finally this pouch has allowed me to do so. It can be attached securely to the shoulder strap of a daypack. The ring at the top of the pouch attaches to the load adjuster strap on the daypack and velcro ties wrap around the strap itself. The pouch will fit a small micro four thirds camera, E.G. Panasonic GM1 or GF5 with a compact zoom or prime lens. In fact it will fit a G5 with a 28mm prime too (although this is a little heavy). Quality is very good, very cottage industry American, obviously handmade with quite a lot of sample variation between the two I have bought - I was so pleased with the first one I bought I ordered a second. This goes on the other should strap with my GPS handset in it. |
